2013 Holidays - Monte O Barão

"Monte Naturista O Barão is a naturist camping and has been in existence since 2006. Time flies. We can remember our first day on the terrain very well. No house, no water or electricity, no toilet and our first guests on their way. They stayed more than 3 weeks. And so we started. Since then a lot has happened. We have a comfortable bathhouse, large salt water swimming pool, a bar, bungalows and more. But more important: we have already welcomed a lot of friendly and satisfied naturist guests. We are very proud of that. Take a look on the website and we hope to welcome you one day on our naturist campsite Monte Naturista O Barão."                   Laura & JeffVideo         Prices

The salt water pool is 15m long and 1.4m deep and is centrally located on the site. It has a terrace with sun beds, seats and umbrellas. The pure and clear water comes from our own source. The pool has a special salt water installation to keep the water clean. Benefits are that the water feels good and swimming is easier. In addition, children (but of course also adults) can swim the whole day without getting chlorine eyes or anything like it. Our experience is that many guests prefer a saltwater pool to a chlorine pool.

Praia do Salto, official naturist beach (50 Km ,) is a cozy, naturist beach between the rocks. The waves are broken by rocks and it is therefore calm swimming.

Portugal: Meco Official Naturist Beach

Meco Official Naturist Beach is really popular by the Portuguese and well known internationally. This is not without a reason, this beach is really wonderful – it is located in the middle of a “Serra da Arrabida” natural park. The beach coast line is brilliant, the climate is perfect and the surrounding forest is well persevered. The beach is a mecca for surfers and nudists.

Getting there
Going from Lisbon it is a 40 km drive? Take the A2 South Highway, drive towards Sesimbra, turn right after Fernão Ferro to Alfarim. Turn right again to beaches, also known as “Praias” in Portuguese.
When you get to the parking lots, then leave your car before the beach. When at the beach turn left and get a nice full body tan anywhere after the first spring.

There is bar and restaurant on the textile area of the beach.
